– The OCP concept can bedeveloped in the differentscenarios:
A. Fixed Capacity - CementPlants with capacitiesbetween 100 and 500 tpd.
B. Variable Capacity - CementPlants with low productioncapacities between 300 and2,000 tpd, but designed for aquick and unexpensiveincrease of capactiy.
– Implementation of MainEquipment supplied by westerncompanies with State-of-the-Arttechnology.
• High Efficiency - Vertical Roller Mill, used for double purpouse (“Swing Mill”).
• Pre-heating Tower fit to production capacity.
• Conveying equipment fit to production capacity.
• Multi-Cell Silo for Cement and Raw Meal
• State-of-the-Art Clinker Cooler, adjusted tothe required clinker production capacity.
• Usage of alternative fuels in the process
• Addition of cementitious materials in the finalproduct
• Integrated filter for different materials.
