SCOPE OF SUPPLY
The whole set that is delivered to the customers, besides the PET blow moulding machine, consists usually of following equipment:• Preform feeding system with the preform accumulation
container (hooper), preform conveyor, orientator and gravity rails. It includes also electric and steering components.
• Preform tilter DUMPER DRH-500 (OPTIONAL) – machine designed to automation the process of PET containers production. Thanks to that solution, preforms are placed in the hooper automatically. The operator needs only to exchange the pallets with the octabins filled with preforms. It makes the process faster and easier.
• Bottle exit conveyor – its construction enables direct connection with the air conveyor or any other.
• Electric cabinet and machine steering system – it is based on components of well-known brands and meets all the European standards and requirements.
• Compressors station – based on the screw compressor made by German company KAESER which cooperates with SMF for over 12 years. Whole set consists of screw compressor, booster, air dryers with filters, air tanks, connections and steering box. Parameters of the compressors are described in point 3 of this offer.
• Water cooling system – OPTIMA machine is equipped in water cooling system that includes efficient water chiller (OPTIONAL).
