SPECIFICATIONS:

K12FEMALE CONICAL PRISMS

K12 lenses shall be as manufactured by Liteline Corporation. Standard thicknesses are .095”, .110” and .125”. Prism shall be 3/16” square based female cones aligned 45° to the length and width of the panel. Minimum prism depth shall be .080”. In a nominal 2’ x 4’ fixture with four, 40 watt lamps each rated at 3200 lumens, minimum luminaire efficiency shall be 68%. Maximum average luminance in the 65°-85° zone shall be 675 footlamberts. The ratio of maximum to average luminance shall be 2.2 or less at 0° nadir.

At Liteline, K12 panels come with a pre-stressed arch to ensure that the panel maintains a flat span along its length. In addition, all panels are destatisized for minimum maintenance.

K12 is a quality extruded lens with a square base female conical prism pattern that yields excellent light output and very good brightness control. The diagonally oriented prism pattern, with optically designed square inversed prisms make the K12 an exceptionally strong, lightweight sparkling panel that provides excellent light control.

The Liteline K12 pattern has become a standard in the industry, offering economy with quality.

K15 lenses shall be clear acrylic as manufactured by Liteline Corporation. Prisms shall be 3/8” square based female cones aligned parallel and perpendicular to the length and width of the panel. Minimum prism depth shall be .160”. In a nominal 2’ x 4’ fixture with four, 40 watt lamps each rated at 3200 lumens, minimum luminaire efficiency shall be 63%. Maximum average luminance in the 65°-85° zone shall be 650 footlamberts. The ratio of maximum to average luminance shall be 203 or less at 0° nadir.

K15 is an extruded lens with a large 3/8” square pattern design that yields a bold, we ordered appearance and hides fluorescent lamps from direct view. The intermittent female conical pattern renders maximum strength to weight ratios for panels up to 48” square. K15 is the ideal solution where a bolder prismatic lens pattern is desired.

The discrete and tailored appearance is a result of the parallel pattern of small square base male prisms. K19 lenses offer the optical preciseness and crisp look often associated with injection moulded lenses, while maintaining the cost effectiveness of extruded lenses.

Features and Benefits • Tube guards slip over lamps and retain shattered glass and phosphors providing an efficient and economical solution in problem areas • Made from extruded polycarbonate, tube guards have a high tensile and impact strength over a wide range of temperatures• Tube guards are secured by means of two universal end caps made of black high heat polypropalene • Heat sink screen also available for HO and VHO lamps (not available for T5HO)• Can be cut to size upon request (subject to minimum order quantities)• Provide protection against dirt, thus reducing cleaning cycles and lamp replacement due to breakage • Available in a variety of colours, lengths, and diameters to fit all conventional fluorescent lamps • Clear UV filtering tube guards have 0 % transmittance below 395 nanometers (nm)• Yellow UV filtering tube guards have 0 % transmittance below 480 nanometers

Our gasketing tested 100% moisture free after 144 hours of submersion• To facilitate installation, the brass fixture mounting studs are integrally molded into the body• High impact acrylic diffuser has an internal crepe pattern which allows for a smooth exterior surface, for easy cleaning• Kits include housing, diffuser, and retaining latches• Meets NSF International (Non-Food Zone), USDA, CSA, and cUL listing requirements
