OPT EAD CARD E-SHIP PROCEDURE

Register here

Step 1: Go to e-ship website https://study.eshipglobal.com/ and register.

Do not Use FedEx or DHL website directly.

Step 2: Complete the form and click “Register” (on the bottom of page) to

sign up. After you register, you will receive an email to help you active your

account.

Use the address

that you want EAD

card to deliver to.

Step 3: Log in into your account and choose “Receive documents From

Universities”

Step 4: Click “OK” on the State of Oklahoma map and it will

automatically take you to next page and choose for the university.

Step 5: Choose “Oklahoma State University Main Campus” from the menu

and click “Continue” to the next step.

Step 6: Select “International Students & scholars” from the menu and click

“Continue” to next step.

Step 7: Complete the ship form and click “Continue” to go on.

Please put “EAD Card” here

Step 8: Select your shipment service and click “Continue” to go on.

Step 9: Select your payment type (OSU Bursar charge is not an option)

and click “Confirm your payment” when you are ready to place the order.

Step 10: After you confirm your payment, you will see your order summary

and receive an confirmation email to complete your order. The order will

be shipped to the address that show on the page.
