TOOL USE AND CARE

CHARGING YOUR SCREWDRIVER

This tool has been shipped In a low charge conditiontoprevent possibleproblems.Therefore, you shouldchargeit overnight pdorto use,Note= Batterieswill notreach full charge the first tlreetheyare charged. ADJUSTABLE TORQUE CLUTCH(TlgMening Power of Your Screwdriver)See Figure 8.

When usingyour screwdriverforvaifcus drivingapplications,it becomes necessary to Increase or decrease the powerand torque In order to help prevent the possibility ofdamaging scmwheads,threads,workplese,etc. Ingeneral,power and torque shouldcorrespondto the difficultyof thescrew to be driven. If torque Is too highthe screws may bedamaged or broken.

Note: Your screwdriverhas been shippedwiththe adjustabletorque clutchset at the lowesttorque setting.

TO ADJUST TORQUE

• Locate arrow onfront of housing.• Identifythe twenty two torqueIndicatorsettings Ioceted

on torqueadjustmentcap.

• Rotate adjustment cap to desired settingaligningnum-ber on adjustment sap with arrow on housing.

• To increase or decrease torque, rotatetorque adjust-ment cap In the directionof the an'ows as shown InFigure 8.
