3 Initial System Setup
The SG project team performs most of the tasks necessary to set up the Web Portal application.
Procedures are provided for these tasks when the user guides are delivered; however, these tasks are not covered in operator training.
4 Accessing the Web Portal Application
The access and permission levels for the Web Portal application are established by the SD Lottery. The details about the additions or modifications to user information must be given to the system administrator at the SD Lottery, who then makes the appropriate changes.
Individuals working with the central management system are created as Internal users. As Web Portal uses Windows authentication, user will login with domain name and password.
Note: Each time a new session is started, the individual must log into the system using the assigned domain name and password.
Follow these steps to access the Connexus Web Portal application:
Step 1. Open a web browser, preferably Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer and enter the https://sdl.operator‐portal.com/WebPortal. The Connexus Web Portal Sign In screen is displayed, as shown in the following image.

6 Switching User An admin user can log onto Web Portal with their domain user and then impersonate an Operator or Technician user. This allows the admin user to view operator/technician's reports without requiring their login information. This is useful in troubleshooting any Web Portal issues reported by the external users. Note: If the intended audience is external users, Operator or Technician users do not have the options to switch users. After you log into the Connexus Web Portal application as Admin/Internal user, message is displayed prompting user to impersonate (switch to) another user, as shown in the following image.
Note: If a user (operator or technician) is not selected/switched, then all menus under Reports
Download and On Demand Reports will be blank.
If you click Reports Download tab without switching the user, the following screen is displayed.
The Reports Download screen does not display any fiscal year option without switching the user.
If you click On Demand Reports tab without switching the user, the following screen is displayed.
