Title: Proposal on creating a new work item "Requirements on communication platform for multimedia brain information"

1. Introduction

This contribution proposes to create a new work item on communication platform for multimedia brain information and to adopt its initial text.

2. Discussions

Brain and neurological disorders, including neurodegenerative and psychiatric diseases, affect millions of people today and represent enormous economic costs, and the improvement in their preventive measures is considered to be of immediate social need.
