What is a CNA? Prepare to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) by completing FLCC’S program and taking the New York State Exam. Our student’s passing rate on the State Exam is the highest in the state!!! Our program includes classroom training in the principles and practices of patient care in the role of a Nursing Assistant, as well as clinical experience in an assisted living setting CLASS REQUIREMENTS –CNA’s must be:

18 years old 9th grade reading level In good health, state-regulated tests for MMR and PPD are required Dependable, patient, tactful, and have a desire to help people. Be able to communicate well and have positive relationships with individuals.

Class participants wear: Name tags and scrubs. One set is included along with all books and written materials.

FLCC’s Certified Nursing Assistant Program is a New York State approved course!
