OnRamp guarantees the continuous functionality of any hardware we provide. OnRamp begin hardware replacement immediately upon the identification of a hardware failure. We complete hardware replacement and begin restoration of Customer’s data and operations within 1 hour.

NetworkOnRamp guarantees that the Internet network service will be available 100% of the time, excluding network maintenance. The OnRamp Internet Network is comprised of the network between the equipment providing the managed services and the point where OnRamp connects our routers to the Internet.

Power & Environment

OnRamp guarantees that all necessary power, HVAC and other environmental factors to operate Customer’s managed services will be available 100% of the time. Power & environment downtime exists when a lack of power, HVAC or other necessary environmental factor requires the shutting down of a device provided by OnRamp managed services.

Definition Response Time

Total service outage, loss of network connectivity, or mission critical application availability such that Customers cannot continue business 15 Minutes

Material degradation of service such that Customers can still continue operating its business. If business is substantially impacted, Customer may upgrade the severity to Level 1.
