ONLINE TEE TIME BOOKING TUTORIAL

For Mayfair Lakes Members

This “how-to” guide is designed to show you how quick and easy it is to book your tee time online using

members-only WebRes, from the comfort of your home!

21 day advance booking As of March 2017 telephone reservations can only be made 14 days in advance

Online reservations can be made any time of day as opposed to during golf shop hours only (via telephone)

Ability to view “live” tee sheet

Cancel or change your reservation in just a few clicks you can easily change your tee time, date, and playing partners!

STEP ONE: Accessing the Webpage

Go to “Members Only” webpage on the GolfBC website: www.golfbc.com/courses/mayfair_lakes/membership/members_only

Scroll to bottom of the page to access WebRes booking feature note: for Mac/iPad/iPhone users, click the link in the green box

(This is also where you can login to access the Members Only Webpage to view calendar of events, event results, club information, etc.)

STEP TWO: Logging In

Login to WebRes

If you do not have a login or password: 1. Try the “I forgot my login name or password” option 2. If that does not work, contact Brian Coe or Melissa McTaggart

Once you have successfully logged in to WebRes, from here you are able to:

Book a tee time

Access “My Reservations” - view/modify or cancel existing reservations

Email reservation reminders to your playing partners

Create your “favourites” (playing partner list)

STEP THREE: Playing Partners

In this tab, you can select common Playing Partners to have quicker access when booking

To invite (add) other members to your Playing Partner list, click “Search for Playing Partner”

By searching for Last or First name, WebRes will populate a list of members

Select the ‘+’ icon to add a member to your Playing Partners list

STEP FOUR: Selecting your Tee Time

In the “Browse Tee Times” tab, you can select the date and time you wish to play using the calendar icon

Select the number of players you wish to book for

Click “View Tee Sheet”

From here, you are able to see available tee times for the day you selected, including:

- Times that are already booked by someone else (example: 8:27am) - Times that are available for only two players (example: 8:36am) - Times that are available for four players (example: 8:54am)

Select “Book” on the desired tee time

Viewing the Live Tee Sheet

To select a member from your Playing Partners list, any other member, or to remove a player: use the drop down bar under “Actions”

Alternatively, you can manually type in a players name or type “GUEST” if you are bringing a non-member

STEP FIVE: Entering Player Details to Selected Booking

Click the ‘+’ icon to select the member you would like to add to your reservation:

Select “Finish Booking” to proceed

You can also add special instructions, which will show up in your reservation to alert the Golf Shop team prior to check-in (i.e. guest requires rental clubs). Simply add note into the “Special” section before completing booking

STEP SIX: Completing your Booking

Check the boxes of the players you wish to send a confirmation to

You can also add manually enter the email address of your guest by under the “Other Recipients” box

Select “Send”

STEP SEVEN: Email the Booking to your Playing Partners

Under “My Reservations”, you can: - View the bookings details - Edit or change players - Cancel booking

Reservations must be cancelled 24-hours in advance of tee time
