1 Go to ABRSM’s main home page – www.abrsm.org – and click the Login link at the very top of the page (above the main menu headings).

2 If you know your login details, enter them here. Otherwise click the Forgotten Password link to receive an automated email with instructions for how to set up (or reset) your password.

3 The fi rst time you log in you’ll be prompted to check and save your contact details, and then you can go ahead and explore the other functions of the site.

ABRSM’s online services are available to anyone who has enrolled students for exams. It is a secure website that gives you access to details of your current and past entries, and also lets you update your contact details and tell ABRSM a bit about yourself. Once you’ve submitted an application to ABRSM, you will be automatically registered for the online services.

Some ideas about how to use the online services:

■ After you have posted an application form to your local representative, you can check online to make sure it has been received. This is also a good chance to make sure names, instruments, and grades appear correctly.

■ If you lose your exam confi rmation notice, or need to check the date, time, or venue details, all that information is available through online services. This is also useful if you have changed your appointment time, as you can look online to make sure you have the most up-to-date information.

■ Wondering if the results are available yet? You’ll receive an automatic email as soon as your results have been released through our online services, so you won’t be left waiting for the post to arrive. Of course we’ll also post your printed results as soon as we can.

■ To let us know about a change of address, just go into the Profi le section of the online services and update your details there. This is also where you can tell us which instruments you teach, whether you’re an exam candidate yourself, or whether you’re a parent enrolling your children for exams.
