o Staff doesn’t realize they can allow customers to register online for a free class –
1. Age Restriction should be appropriate to your audience.
2. Not everything needs to be sold online.
Class descriptions within RMS and
the Program Guide MUST be

Staffing Responsibilities
It is the primary responsibility of program and membership staff to input information into RMS
The Marketing department needs to monitor Kroc Sales, just as they do other public information

1. Enter RMS
2. Select Class List
3. Select a Class Definition

2. Change ‘Description’ name and/or ‘Display Name’

2. Select Class List

Make a Class Show Up for Sale Online
1. Enter RMS
2. Select Class List
3. Select a Class Definition
4. Click on ‘Classes’ tab
5. Double click a specific class session

Uncheck‘Do not sell online’ box
Selling a Membership
Memberships sold online need to be basic types, such as:
1. Individual
2. Two Adult
3. One Adult family up to 5 dependents
4. Family
5. Senior Individual
6. Senior – Two Adults
Corporate, scholarship, silver
sneaker memberships should NOT be offered online
Selling a Membership
1. From ‘Categories’, you will next select ‘Plans’
2. Select your membership plan

memberships to sell online by

Online Sales Success
On Tuesday, May 12th the Augusta Kroc Center online sales went live. Thursday, May 14th the marketing for online sales went out and by Monday, May 18th we had made $670 from online sales alone. This shows the potential of exponential growth your Kroc Center could have from online sales.
