Online Registration

Tutorial

FTYSA Home Page

Go to… www.ftysa.com

Click Register

You only need to register one time. You can add players at this time or add them at a later date. After the initial registration you will use the Login button to sign

up for programs or change personal information.

Use this Login button after you register the first time to access your

account.

Step 2 Enter your information, username and

create a password. Enter info here

Click Create

Once you have created an account, you can login using the returning customer login for each season or

event. Returning

Step 3 Complete all information with an *

Click Next

Add players info here. You can add one or multiple players.

Click here to add more players Click Next when done

Click the available program for this player. Prospective travel players must register for their appropriate age group. FTYSA administration will handle transferring

players to available teams.

Click Next

Fill in all appropriate information

and click next. You must

accept the medical

release and photo release to continue!

YOU MUST ACCEPT THE WAIVER

Choose your volunteer role. Scroll down until you see your child’s age group.

Check and complete all necessary information. Click Submit Order.

If you need help, you can contact your coach or click the Registration Help

link.

Confirmation Email & Payment

You will receive a confirmation email when registration is complete and payment is approved.

There is a small credit card processing fee that is charged on each transaction.
