Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur

This Web Application is designed and developed with responsive features for Council of Higher Education

Manipur (COHSEM) as a platform to exchange information between COHSEM and other organization. Users can

access to this application using devices with internet such as desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile phones etc. An

Organization/Firm can register with email, mobile no and then apply for online verification. Once an account is

created users can apply for their organization candidate record verification. Also users can view notification,

privacy policy, terms and conditions, payment cancel and refund system. Registered user from any organization

can submit a query and at the same time a registered user from COHSEM can respond to the query. This

application makes it easier for users to share information and reduce time consumption.

ORGANISATION USER

Steps for Creating Account

1. Sign Up and create an account using a valid email ID, username, password, organization name and

mobile number.

2. A Sign Up verification link will be sent to the mail ID provided.

3. Clicking the link will direct to the COHSEM online front page.

4. Or Else Log In using the username and password.

5. In case if login fail more than 5 times, the account will be locked automatically. Reactivate after one

hour.

6. User can change their password after login in with old password.

7. Once login a page will be displayed with highlighted notifications with instruction/step for users to

follow and for addition and updating organization details.

Note: Verify the email ID provided.

8. A link will be sent for email ID verification.

9. A dashboard will be displayed to show summary of all activity.

Record Verification Procedure

1. Once an account is created users can apply for their organization candidate record verification.

Note: Users have to enter data such as subject of application letter, whether the application belongs to

Indian Armed Forces or Not, total number of candidates whose record needs verification, upload the

application in image format.

All history of the applications applied and status of verification process will be displayed at top of this

page.

2. Add candidate details and upload Admit card, Certificate and Marksheet in image format

Note: Users can continue adding details until it reach the total number given in the application.

3. Amount due will automatically display in the screen after complete addition of candidate profile

Note: Application for verification and candidate details can be edited and updated until the payment is done.

4. Online payment facility is given where a user can pay using their debit card, credit card and online

banking.

5. A message will be displayed if the payment is successful
