RSA Online Claims Tracking is a secure online service that allows brokers to track the progress of customers claims via www.rsaconnect.rsagroup.co.uk

The online service will instantly reflect changes and updates to a claim’s status, allowing brokers to easily monitor the progress of a claim.

The tracking facility shows details of the claim, together with key events as they occur, including registration, payment or estimate changes, appointments, correspondence, recoveries and closure of claim.

Enter your ‘User ID’ and ‘Password’ provided by RSA.

This will provide you with secure access to the site.

2You are now logged on. From the left hand side menu navigate to the Claims section.

[ Date From and To ]

Allows you to search for details relating to a specific time period. Unless modified the ‘Date from’ box always defaults as a date one year previous to today.

The format of dates is DD/MM/YY e.g. 3rd September 2009 is represented as 03/09/09.

Only claims notified on or after the date your company gained access to Claims Tracking can be viewed.

[ Event Type ]

Allows you to select between viewing all types of events by selecting ‘All’ or by selecting a specific event type from the drop down menu e.g. Registration.

NB. Not all event types will apply to all claims e.g. NCD status update is only relevant for motor claims.

[ Events To View ]

Allows you to select between viewing all events occurring in the date range entered or just the latest i.e. most recently occurring events in that range.

The best way to enter a search is in the following way:

You can now see the latest events from the claim within the last year

You can obtain information by clicking on the ‘Claim Number’

You can gain access to all events for the claim by clicking on ‘Event List’ on bottom of screen

Any field that is enclosed with [ ] within the ‘Claim Number’ and ‘Event Description’ fields are available to view information

All other fields are static

The three fields identified will change as the claim progresses

Clicking on ‘Previous’ will take you back to Event List

Whilst Claim Number is the best way to search, you can also use one of the other methods if you only have limited data:
