Log in to OASIS and select View Your Organisation Details (NGO User Enter role) or Maintain Your Organisation Details (NGO System Administrator role) on the left hand menu. 2. On the Organisational Details Display screen, navigate to the Organisation Task List and select Start to commence the Director’s Certification document upload process. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ***If there is no active Director’s Certification reminder, please contact your Primary CSO (Contract Manager) to request the addition of the Director’s Certification reminder. ***If your OASIS user role is assigned to a Sub-Division, you will not have the ability to upload the Director’s Certification. Please contact your NGO System Administrator to complete the Director’s Certification upload process. ***NGO Approver roles cannot complete the Director’s Certification upload process.

Online Acquittal Support Information System (OASIS) Director’s Certification Upload

Process

1. Log in to OASIS and select View Your Organisation Details (NGO User Enter role ) or Maintain Your Organisation Details (NGO System Administrator role) on the left hand menu.

2. On the Organisational Details Display screen, navigate to the Organisation Task List and select Start to commence the Director’s Certification document upload process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ***If there is no active Director’s Certification reminder, please contact your Primary CSO (Contract Manager) to request the addition of the Director’s Certification reminder. ***If your OASIS user role is assigned to a Sub-Division, you will not have the ability to upload the Director’s Certification. Please contact your NGO System Administrator to complete the Director’s Certification upload process.

***NGO Approver roles cannot complete the Director’s Certification upload process.

3. The Organisation Documents Maintenance screen will be displayed. Select Browse and select the Director’s Certification document to be uploaded into OASIS.

4. Add a comment if required (not mandatory) and then select Save to finalise the Director’s Certification document upload process.

5. The Organisation Documents List will be displayed. Select the Director’s Certification hyperlink to view the uploaded document.

Superseding the existing Director’s Certification The Amend functionality enables the NGO System Administrator to upload a Director’s Certification to supersede the existing Director’s Certification for a specific reporting period while retaining the superseded Director’s Certification.

1. On the Organisational Details Display screen, select View Documents .

2. The Organisation Documents List will be displayed. Select Amend to initiate an amendment to the Director’s Certification document.

3. A popup will appear confirming if you wish to initiate an amendment. Select OK to proceed or Cancel to cease the amendment process.

4. The Organisation Documents Maintenance screen will be displayed. If the incorrect document has been uploaded, select Browse and then select the correct document to be uploaded.

5. Provide a Reason for Amendment (mandatory field) and then select Save to complete the Director’s Certification amendment process.

6. The new Director’s Certification can be accessed by selecting the Title link and the previous version can be accessed by selecting the previously uploaded date hyperlink

If the incorrect document has been uploaded in error as part of the amendment process repeat steps 1 to 5.
