PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

There are specific requirements for all photos submitted for accreditation purposes. You must take

note of the photo requirements and ensure that any photo that is submitted matches these

requirements. To proceed, click ‘Next” (1).

HOME PAGE

The home page allows you to navigate through the different steps in the application process:

If your company was involved with AO2016, you will find a list of all personnel who received photo

accreditation (1).

Click the ‘Add’ button to create a new record (2).

To edit an existing record you must select the person’s name (3).

SEARCHING FOR RECORDS

To search for individuals that may have been issued with photo accreditation in 2016, click on the drop down menu and select ‘Search Field’ (1).

Then select the criteria you would like to search by (2).

Type in the person’s first, surname or role (3), then click the ‘Search’ button (4) and the filtered results will appear on screen.

APPLICANT DETAILS

This page allows you to edit/add details required for the Accreditation application process.

Review details (or add for new applicants) and ensure all personal information is correct (1). Please note that the Name, and Date of Birth MUST match the photo identification used when collecting accreditation.

You must upload a passport photo for new applicants by clicking ‘Browse’ (2), select your file, then click ‘Upload’(3). For existing records, a new photo is required if the current photo is more than two years old and/or their appearance has changed significantly.

Input the applicant’s Role at the Tournament and if necessary, add any comments relevant to their role (4).

Finally, select the dates the applicant requires access on site; these can be individually selected by ticking the boxes on the required days (5) or by using the fast select buttons on the bottom of the page (6).

To ‘Save’ or ‘Cancel’ the profile, click on the relevant buttons on the bottom of the page (7).

SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS

Once you have clicked ‘Save’ in the applicant details section, the applicant/s will automatically be placed in the AO2017 Provisional List (1).

To submit applications currently in the Provisional List, select the ‘Attending’ tick box (2) followed by clicking on ‘Submit’ (3).

You may make subsequent submissions up until the application closing date. If you fail to click the submit button after selecting your attending staff you will be alerted to the fact

you have un-submitted applicants (4).

IMPORTANT: Do not click ‘Attending’ or submit any applicants you are unsure of. Only submit applications for personnel definitely attending the tournament.

COVER LETTER

In order to submit an application, a cover letter on company letterhead endorsing all applicants MUST be uploaded (this is only required for the first submission).

To upload your cover letter, click ‘Browse’ (1), select your file and then click ‘Submit’ (2).

Please also note the closing date for applications, which will appear on this page (3).

Once the applications have been submitted they are able to be reviewed at any time. To review the current applications click on the ‘Applications’ button (1).

PROGRESS TRACKING & COLLECTION

You can track the progress of submitted applications simply by clicking on the menu bar on the homepage (1).

Once an applicant has been approved and processed, they will automatically be placed in the ‘Ready for Collection’ tab (2).

When this occurs, an email will be sent with details on how to collect the accreditation pass.
