Классных проектов жилых домов сейчас множество. До бесконечности можно восторгаться красивыми картинками суперсовременных домов, а в конце заключать: «и все же, это не для наших мест», или дорогая реализация, или недоступные материалы… вариантов масса. Но здесь мы покажем проекты современных домов, к которым сложно применить все эти характеристики. Первым примером тому, послужит проект реконструкции дома Haus+: это старый дом, к которому создана современная пристройка. Старый дом по своей форме и содержанию напоминает обычный российский дачный дом. Так, на примере этого проекта можно посмотреть, как решали проблему нехватки места в подобных домах немецкие архитекторы.

There are lots of cool house projects nowadays. One can endlessly admire the beautiful images of ultramodern homes, but con-clusion would be “and yet, it’s not for our place” or “too expensive to implement”, or “hard-to-find materials”... mass of options. But here we gonna show designs of modern houses for which is hard to apply such characteristics. The first example is the project of house reconstruction Haus+. It’s an old house with newly built annex. Old house in its form and content resembles an ordinary russian country house. So, for example, this project can be viewed as an addressing of the shortage of space in such homes by German architects.

Этот дом нас сразу покорил новизной в организации внутреннего пространства. Здесь нет привычной системы помещений, «прилипших» друг другу. Зато есть отдельные независимые объемы, объединенные общими внешними стенами и крышей. Высота потолков в каждой комнате разная. Изнутри дом напоминает городскую площадь, с вытекающими из нее улицами и домами на перекрестках под открытым небом.

This house has knocked us down with its novelty of internal space organizing. You won’t find typical system of stuck together rooms here. Rooms are independent spaces, united together under one roof and enlosed with common walls. Ceiling height is unique for each room. From the inside house looks like city square with streets floating from it and with houses at the crossings.

Проект посвящен решению вопросов городской программы арендного жилья в рамках концепции “Ревитализации промышленных территорий” на примере района сортировочной у Шоссе Энтузиастов.В настоящее время в Москве не хватает гостиниц среднего уровня, жилья для молодёжи, пожилых людей и молодых семей - для тех людей, у которых нет возможности купить квартиру.Эту проблему предполагается решить путем создания кварталов арендного жилья на бывших промышленных территориях.


Старые промышленные здания утрачивают свои первоначальные функции. Для проекта используются промышленные территории, здания которых уже не подлежат реконструкции или внедрению новой общественной функции, т.е. сносятся.На этих территориях проектируются типовые кварталы, малоэтажные застройки, формирующие комфортную масштабную среду для проживания человека в городе. Каждый квартал состоит из домов с апартаментами, гостиницы, административного здания и таунхаусов.Основной идей проекта является создание различных типов общественных пространств для отдельных групп населения, а также переиспользование материалов данной промышленной территории.

Он стремился к узнаваемости за счет привнесения в свои работы четких образов и символов. В итоге, обратился к самой популярной стритарт теме - социальной дискриминации. Тем самым, стилистически сильно приблизился к своему коллеге - всемирно известному Blu. Но если посмотреть на их совместные работы, различия очевидны.

Скотч часто используется художниками как вспомогательный инструмент. Уличный художник из БерлинаBUFFdis предпочел скотч краске. Для него клейкая лента - не просто инструмент, а кисть. Уличному искусству свойственно искать новые средства, как в объектах, так и в субъектах. Вот и BUFFdis стал одним из первых адептов, популяризирующим свои работы, сделанные из скотча, по всему миру. Активная работа на улицах и талант быстро принесли ему известность, в следствии чего художник стал получать и коммерческие заказы. Скотч - очень практичный материал: он сохраняет свою структуру, фактуру, целостность на любых поверхностях. Нет проблемы «неудобных стенок». А главное он расширяет рамки простого рисования. Ведь с помощью скотча можно заполнять пространства между поверхностями. Такое разрушение границ и делает скотч привлекательным и перспективным инструментом.


Sticky tape is widely used by artists as extra instrument. Berlin-based street artist BUFFdis prefers tape paint. Adhesive tape is not just an instrument for him, but a brush. Street-art is always to find new means, both in objects and in subjects. BUFFdis became one of the first adepts popularizing his works made of scotch tape all around the world. Active work on the streets and talent quickly brought him fame, and he began to receive commercial orders, too.Scotch tape is pretty practical: it keeps its structure, texture and integrity on any surface. There is no problem of “unsuitable walls”. And the main thing is that tape increases the level of simple painting. With scotch tape you can fill the gaps between surfaces. Artists can use the whole tri-dimensional space, being free from “canvas”. Such border-crashing does make adhesive tape very attractive and promising tool.

Ron van der Ende – голандский художник-скульптор, родом из индустриального Роттердама, наложившего определенный отпечаток на все его творчества. Уникальность художника заключается не столько в самих работах, сколько в технике. Рон создает деревянные реалистичные настенные барельефы. Весь материал для своих работ Рон находит на улице: старые двери, полки, куски фанеры становятся частями одной большой мозаики. Рон даже оставляет старую краску и никогда не красит свои работы. Что же касается идейной составляющей работ, тут Рон черпает вдохновение в зданиях фабрик, конструкциях машин, яхт и самолетов, в компьютерах, сложных механизмах и пр. Одни словом – во всем том, что окружает его каждый день.

Ron van der Ende is dutch sculptor artist from industrial city of Rotterdam, which has left its stamp on all of his crea-tive works. Ron’s uniqueness is not so much in his works, as in the technique he uses. Ron creates realistic bas-reliefs. Ron finds all the materials for his works at the streets: old doors, shelves, pieces of plywood become a part of a large mosaic. Ron leaves the old paint and never paints his works over. As for the ideological component of the work, Ron draws his inspiration from factory buildings, constructions of machines, yachts and planes, computers, complex mecha-nisms etc. In a word - from all that surrounds him every day.

Потому его работы не только приятны глазу простых обывателей, но и обращают на себя внимание профессиональных критиков.


Michael Johansson is swedish sculptor, Malma Art Academy graduate. In his works he combines everyday stuff like hairdryer, wardrobe, door etc. into solid sculptural installation. Michael opposes material to final composition, asking himself about interpretation of uniqueness. That’s why all of his works not only please the eyes of average spectators, but also attract attention of professional art critics.
