My vision has been severely impacted by the existence of

three separate cataracts in my left eye.

A lens replacement procedure was denied at Shepherd Eye

Center of Las Vegas Nevada on April 22, 2015.

This denial was a culmination of deception and trickery

dealt to me by Shepherd Eye Center of Las Vegas Nevada.

They actually attempted to sell me prescription glasses at

great expense without accepting my health insurance!

The following is a timeline of my experiences in my attempts

to acquire the necessary lens replacement surgery.
