Chapter 1 : Concept
Once Upon A Time, there was a little treasured toyshop, where weird and
mystical things happened…
The Story
BEGINNINGOnce Upon A Time there was an abandoned New York toy store.
This was no ordinary toy store. As the hustle and bustle of Manhattan passed by each day what happened after dark was
unknown. Left behind, neglected toys peeking through the windows hoping one day they would be cherished, all they ever
wanted was to play.
Knocking on the toy store doors, what greets you is a world like no other.
As guests arrive they will be greeted by an array of themed performers during the inclusive sparkling drinks reception.
MIDDLEDuring your 5 hour experience you will be wined and dined in a
creative space that will be visually stimulating and also interactive.
Using the magic of storytelling, guests will partake in an ultimate 3 course dining experience. What’s instore during dinner will be
kept tight lipped until you enter the toy shop doors.
ENDAfter dinner, make your way to party in the music box for the
final chapter of the story. A room full of festive spirit and cheer. Time to raise a glass for Christmas is here.

If you are organising a Christmas party for a group of over 300 or are after something a little more bespoke our dedicated
planners can assist from start to finish on your private event.
It may be a product launch, a birthday or a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, whatever your celebration we can tailor specifically to your needs. Our pop up space can run for day time events all the

Who are we?
”Once Upon A Time,” a pop up concept created by leading luxury event agency Plan A Events, will feature various pop ups in London,
bringing fantasy to reality. Creating one off unique spaces for a short term period, each theme will offer a new experience for
guests.
The first of many pop ups will be our Christmas winter edition in the heart of Mayfair. Once Upon A Time will create an
unforgettable dining experience that guests will never have seen before and never see again.
A one time only experience, through total redesign of each unique experience and theatrical performance, a Once Upon a Time
concept will remain a mystery until you walk through our doors.
