To add to their versatility, these pre-made grafts feature a base size of 8" x 10" that can be cut down to accommodate any client. The first three rows of Permagraft I, III, and IV are ventilated with V-Loop Knots (other areas feature Split Knots), while Permagraft V has a slightly thicker PU-base with V-Loop Knots throughout and comes in light to medium density.

All daily wear grafts are fully guaranteed for six months against manufacturing

defects. Because of the many different types of grafts and materials available

from On Rite, the complexity of determining the cause of hair loss or base

deterioration has become more difficult, therefore, extended wear grafts are

not guaranteed against hair loss. Repairs are also not guaranteed. We assure

you that we will always be fair in evaluating the performance of our products

through the highest standards set by ORTECH and On Rite.

Tape rolls, strips, shampoos, and other accessory items may be returned for

exchange or credit within 15 days. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge

(minimum $10). Damaged goods must be immediately reported to carrier and/or

On Rite. Refused shipments will be reshipped including all shipping costs.
