• PRODUCTS: We will start focusing on products along with being a services company. This will mean we will invest in making social portals and platforms as well as productize our social media offerings.• Mad On Ads• Template for Facebook management (productize)• Application suite (on-demand usage based)• Reporting / measurement

• METRICS DRIVEN: We will become a measurement driven company. Everyone will need to report and everything will be measurable. This will be implemented across all teams and accounts

NEXT PHASE OF OMLOGIC – ARE YOU IN IT?

• DEVELOP BEST PRACTICES: Productization and metrics will be used to develop best practices. Please note measurement is not about what happened. Measurement is what did you learn from what happened. This can be one of the most fun things to do in social media if done right.

• RESEARCH: We will formalize the research process in the company. Everyone will need to invest time and energy in research and it will be reported.

• FUN @ OMLOGIC: We will move fun@OML from being fun while @ OML to fun while working @ OML.. It would be about time spent in innovation and creating awesomeness for our clients. :)
