WRITA rules shall govern this shoot. Any violation of assigned yardage or other cheating shall result

in forfeiture of all entry fees, prize monies, and trophies. Madras Rod and Gun Club and the Prine-

ville Trap Team will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Shoot Management reserves

the right to disqualify and/or expel from the premises anyone who is interfering, disrupting, or

otherwise negatively influencing the activities. Shoot management reserves the right to change this

program. Legal trap loads only for WRITA events!

Madras Rod & Gun Club has RV spaces with Water & Power. RV spaces are $10 per night or $25 for the entire shoot For reservation,

Directions:

From Madras:

Follow Hwy 26 North, Turn left onto Depot Lane at the top of the hill.

Follow the road for approximately 4 miles (Depot Lane will become

Birch Lane and then Clackamas Drive). Club will be on your right.

From Portland:

Travel toward Madras on Hwy 26. Just north of the Madras Airport,

turn Right on NW Dogwood (at the Airport Billboard). Follow the road

for approximately 2 miles and turn left on Clackamas Drive. Club will

be on your left in a quarter mile.

COVID-19 Protocol The Governor of Oregon has by executive order implemented special restrictions in response

to COVID-19. These include social distancing requirements. Please adhere to the following

guidelines so we can all have a safe and successful shoot!

1. 6’ physical distancing rule is in effect. Please maintain this spacing at all times.

2. Clubhouse has been sanitized and restrooms will be available. Please limit use of the

clubhouse to necessary entry, everyone should remain outside as much as possible.

3. The club kitchen will not be open for this year’s shoot.

4. During backers, please try to still maintain 6’ social distance from your partner.

5. Lines for the cashier will be outside and need to maintain 6’ spacing

6. Calcuttas will be held outside

Social distancing is your individual responsibility, Madras Rod and Gun Club and WRITA

are not responsible for any violations of the Governor’s order.

Madras Rod & Gun Club Kitchen will not be open during this shoot.

We are currently trying to arrange a food truck to be onsite.

We will update social media and other outlets when we know if there will be food service available.
