Vladimir Pavlovic has been a member of the Symphony Orchestra of the Studio
ORFELIN since 2013. He performed at few concerts of symphonic and oratorio
music of various music styles, mostly as the leader of cello section and a soloist.
He performed basso continuo parts in master-pieces, like Bach's Christmas
Oratorio at concerts in Belgrade and Novi Sad, as well as contemporary
symphonic works, like the new music of Vojvodina composers at the concert in
2014. His range of interest in music is wide, from baroque works to
contemporary music. His performing skills are compatible with his interests.
All the concerts have been recorded by the Radio and Television of Vojvodina,
and the recordings may be found at the attachment to this letter.
As a conductor, I may confirm that Vladimir Pavlovic is a reliable cello section
leader with an excellent performance capabilities, as well as good temper in
work with other members of the orchestra. I am also familiar with his activities
in the Piano Trio, where I listened to some exceptional performances of music
by Schostakovich etc.
