beginning of each cultivating season to the label design and
bottling procedure we implement high quality standards to ensure
maximum quality. chemical analysis is performed with each order
prior to shipment.
Olive oil is left in natural distillation for 2 months before it
is bottled carefully.
Our edible olive is the well renowned olive of KALAMATA! Its
harvest takes place in December January and olives are picked by
hand, as has been done for thousands of years.
Olives are placed in brine, biological olive oil and special
biological vinegar, made from red wine. In 5 months they are ready
to be packed carefully in glass vases.We invest in

Olive has been cultivated in Messinia for many thousands of
years. It is said that the adoration of the Goddess Athena, who
holds an olive branch as a symbol, was transported to Athens from
Messinia.OLIVI is a superior category extra virgin olive oil using

recognized as the highest quality olives internationally and is
