CALL FOR QUOTES
INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
INVITATION- The County of Okanogan through the Okanogan County Sheriff' s Office invites responses to provide goodsdescribed in greater detail as follows:
ITEMS TO BE BID TOGETHER:
One prefabricated building 12' long x 8' wide x equal to or greater than 8. 5' height for Radio EquipmentShelter; AND
One prefabricated building 12' long x 8' wide x equal to or greater than 8. 5' height for Backup PowerGenerator Shelter.
Sealed bids will be received by the Okanogan County Sheriff' s Office, 123 N 5th Ave. Room 200, Okanogan WA 98840 on thesecond floor of the Grainger Administration Building or by email to [email protected]. wa. us, until 1: 30 P. M. on March16th, 2018 at which time the bids will be opened and read.
Each bid shall be separately sealed in an envelope addressed to the Okanogan County Sheriffs Office with the name of thebidder and" Bodie Prefab Buildings" plainly written on the outside of the envelope.
BID CLARIFICATION- Questions regarding this bid should be directed in writing, preferably by fax or Email, to the OkanoganCounty Sheriffs Office. Answers, citing the question asked but not identifying the questioner, will be distributed
simultaneously to all known prospective bidders. Note: Any written requirements in the bid or Amendments are binding, butany oral communications between County and bidder are not.

BIDDER RESPONSIBILITY- The bidder is expected to be thoroughly familiar with all specifications and requirements of this bid.Bidder' s failure or omission to examine any relevant form, article, site or document will not relieve them from any obligationregarding this bid. By submitting a response, Bidder is presumed to concur with terms, conditions and specifications of thisbid.
Bidder is responsible for completing and returning all proposal sheets in the bid packet, marking those proposal sheets, whichthey have chosen not to submit, NA= NOT APPLICABLE. Pictures and or shop drawings and additional manufacturesspecifications and information shall be attached with each submitted proposal.
BID AMENDMENT- If it comes evident that this bid must be amended, the Okanogan County Sheriff' s Office will issue aformal written Amendment to all known prospective bidders. If necessary, a new due date and opening date will beestablished.
AWARD- The award of this contract, if made, will be to the lowest responsible Bidder best meeting the needs of the county.The buildings will be evaluated based the unit weight, strength and price bid. The county also reserves the right to reject anyor all bids.
Payment to be made by County Warrant following acceptance by the Okanogan County Sheriffs Office and delivery of theitems.

Bid price is to include Washington State Sales Tax 7. 7% for unincorporated Ferry County near Republic, WA.
Bid is to include delivery to Washington State Department of Transportation— Republic Shop 162 S. Hwy 21 Republic, WA99166.

Prefabricated and assembled building for housing of radio communications equipment at a mountain top site on a 6 pillar type foundationwith the building supported at the corners and center of 12' span. See Exhibit A for site overview.
