Mr. Okada began his career at family run Okada International in the 1990's where he

assisted major Japanese companies with their occupancy and real estate needs in the

Plaza District of Midtown Manhattan. During that time he also began representing

landlords in the purchase and sale of investment properties in the immediate area; the

East 50's.

In 2006 Mr. Okada formed Okada & Company a full service commercial real estate firm,

which would largely focus on commercial real estate in the Midtown Manhattan. Since

the inception of Okada & Company, Christopher Okada has brought the company to

over $500M in sales, the representation of Global Fortune 500 companies in occupancy

and tenancy issues, and the successful completion of hundreds of transactions.

Recent Activity:

Tenant Representation: Represented Global Fortune 200 Steel company in relocation

of North American headquarters in The Plaza District, New York City [April, 2011]

Commercial Sales/Capital Markets: Represented private equity group in acquisition of

distressed condominium project in Chelsea, New York City.
