HGA is currently providing engineering services to design a pipeline

gathering system, Central Gathering Facilities (CGF’s) and a Central

Delivery Point Oil Handling Facility (CDP/OHF) Expansion for a liquids-

rich play in the Eagle Ford shale including:

• Expansion of the existing field gas and oil gathering systems as well

as a new field NGL gathering system and a new fuel gas system.

Pipe sizes range from 6” to 30” in diameter and total several

hundred miles in length.

HGA has the expertise to perform the complete project management, engineering, and design services for various projects

in the oil and gas industry. The expertise of our staff is extensive with many of our engineering and design personnel having

over 30 years of experience in the industry.

In the past several years, HGA staff has been involved in numerous major facilities and pipeline projects. Many of these

CryoGeniC And refriGerAtion plAnt stonewAll, oktiC: $75 Million


HGA is currently providing detailed engineering and design services for a processing plant in Oklahoma that includes

a 200 MMSCFD Cryogenic and Refrigeration plant assembled by Thomas Russell Company. The design efforts are

focused on the ability to treat, dehydrate, and process 120 MMSCFD and provide for an incremental increase in capacity

to 200 MMSCFD in the future. The major equipment involved in this project includes the 200 MMSCFD Cryogenic Plant,

Refrigeration Plant with electric refrigeration compression for the initial 120 MMSCFD processing, four (4) 3608 Cat-Ariel

Reciprocating Compressors with detached coolers, and a 150-165 GPM Amine Plant.

HGA has provided design services for Chesapeake for

several treating facilities for up to 1 BCF located in the

Haynesville Shale region of North Louisiana. Major

equipment at these locations included amine treating,

dehydration, sulfur recovery, residue compression, power

generation, and office complexes.

Centerpoint GAs trAnsMission interConneCts (15+ sites)sHreVeport, lAHGA: 22,500 MAn-Hours

HGA provided detailed design services for custody

metering and regulating stations to connect with

customers’ pipeline systems at various locations

throughout Louisiana and East Texas. Sizes have ranged

from 0.5 BCFD to 1.5 BCFD. Facilities at each site

included filter-separators, ultrasonic metering, regulator

skid, condensate tank, and control building.

Cryo plAnt expAnsion

HGA provided design and procurement services for a

plant expansion. The work includes modeling the existing

facility in ProMax, installation of a new Thomas Russell

cryo plant, compression, flare system expansion, and

upgrades at three other plants that are connected with

the Dubach facility.

reGenCy GAs Cryo plAnt reloCAtion

duBACH, lAHGA: 2,500 MAn-Hours

HGA provided P&ID development and design services

for a cryo plant which included relocating equipment from

Maverick County in South Texas, and equipment from the

Lisbon, Louisiana Gas Plant to the Dubach Gas Plant.

Activities included field walk down at all three plant locations

to create P&IDs. These P&IDs were used as the basis for the

Cryo plant design to be relocated and installed in Dubach.

HGA utilized CADWORX®fieldPipe to produce accurate as-

built drawings of all equipment, structural steel, and piping

to be relocated as well as at the installation location at the

Dubach Plant.

HGA also provided P&ID as-builts of existing equipment and

piping, site design, and PLC/HMI services for the relocation

of the cryo unit.

Support for Encana’s development of the Haynesville Shale in northwest

Louisiana. HGA helped work through engineering challenges and

developed multiple designs based upon the different volumes and

compositions anticipated on each of the wellpads. HGA provided

construction packages for bidding and construction as well as preparing

as-built drawings and gathering GIS data.
