Implementation
The Situation Assessment phase is critical and allows us to build aclear understanding of all SHE/OSHA training requirements In this
phase, we will conduct a series of assessments, and meetings to
better define the current state, build future state requirements and
identify significant gaps in fire safety training system. At the end of
the Situation Assessment, you will have the following:
The details of the training modules
In-depth details of the training to be imparted in these
modules.
Initial drawing plans
The remaining phases build off of the Situation Assessment and
include
Strategy Development and ultimately, implementation.
