    The Situation Assessment phase is critical and allows us to build aclear understanding of all SHE/OSHA training requirements In this

    phase, we will conduct a series of assessments, and meetings to

    better define the current state, build future state requirements and

    identify significant gaps in fire safety training system. At the end of

    the Situation Assessment, you will have the following:

    The details of the training modules

    In-depth details of the training to be imparted in these

    modules.

    Initial drawing plans

    The remaining phases build off of the Situation Assessment and

    include

    Strategy Development and ultimately, implementation.

    Implementing this methodology will result in many benefits,

    including:
