Are you ready to start collecting oil the right way? We can plasma cut your company

phone directly on the tank for anyone wanting to obtain your services for oil collection

and having your name plasma cut into this lockable tank is also a great security feature.

Weight is 117lbs ( we use 14 gauge hot rolled steel to provide maximum quality, our

tanks might weigh more than others, however the strength of the 14 gauge steel speaks

tank can be placed with one person.

These tanks have been placed at restaurants using an appliance dolly and straps, this

tank can be placed with one person.

Our sleek tank design has a double lid system to provide a filter and the following

security features:

1- The filter is on the first lid can be locked by the restaurant if they desire. The first

lid allows the restaurant to pour used cooking oil easily into the tank while

keeping all the large chunks out of the collection tank. This makes for easier oil

removal, and better oil quality.

2- The next security feature is a lockable second lid, which allows only authorized

personnel to open the lid to pump oil.

3- Another security feature is our tanks have 14 gauge steel straps that slide

through the legs on the bottom of the tank. We Tap-con these metal straps to the

ground and use gorilla glue on the heads of the screws for maximum security.

(The only way these tanks are moving is if you have a grinder!!)

Tank maintenance is fast, clean, and easy. With the second lid opening you have a

maintenance hatch and access to the entire inside of the tank. This allows you to pump

oil out fast and easy, also allowing you to inspect and clean the inside of the tank. (This

is the easiest tank to clean and maintain in the industry!!)


During construction of our tanks, we hydro test each tank, then we pickle the inside of

the tank and we treat the metal with ospho. After it has been water tested and treated,

its sent to our paint department where it is painted and bake.

Torch tubes can be added, at addition cost, for heating oil and/or cold climates.

Custom logos will be available to all clients; we will need a copy of your logo in a JPEG

and PDF to print it out clearly.

Finally we will plasma cut your company name on to the tank inside the first lid

for a custom look and security. (No one can say this is their tank, except YOU!!)
