Class Rule

1. All students should arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of class to

prepare. It is crucial that students are on time for class to properly

warm up their bodies.

2. It is important that hair is secured into a bun or ponytail.

3. If studio doors are shut and/or music is playing, no one is to enter the

studio or watch class.

4. Food items containing nuts cannot be brought into the classroom due

to allergies.

introduction), 50 minutes class time (in class 1, class
