CE 2157 Aviation Safety AuditsThis course is designed for mid and upper levelaviation managers who are tasked with developinginternal safety policies and procedures andresponsible for conducting periodic safety audits.

CE 2112 Finance and BudgetingThis course is for anyone who desires moreknowledge about managing flight departmentfinances using best practices, accepted accountingprinciples and efficient budgeting techniques. Thecourse covers basic budgeting, forecasting, financialmanagement, taxation, and cost recovery. Thefinancial, taxation and insurance considerations ofaircraft acquisitions and ownership are presented.

CE 2113 Community RelationsThis course is for flight department personnel whoare interested in community relations and publicrelations issues. Community service opportunities,community concerns, noise abatement,environmental issues, airport administration, andmediation strategies are discussed.

CE 2125 Human Factors for Corporate AviationThis course is designed for business aviationspecialists who want a solid understanding of humanfactors issues in flight, communication, situationalawareness, decision-making, team effectiveness and safety management working environments. The course focuses specifically on business aviation, but the concepts apply anywhere humans areperforming complex tasks.
