Leemberg Pijpleidingen en Apparatenbouw BV was established in 1969 and has grown into a medium sized production company in the field of piping and machine manufacturing aimed at offshore, industry and maritime shipping.

We can provide document logs and test procedures in accordance with all applicable standards, including ISO, DNV, LLoyds, Norsok, PED, CSW-19N, NEN 3650, DPO or client specifications.

HYDRAULICSLeemberg is the international specialist in hydraulic systems for the offshore, marine and industry , we can manage the different processes from engineering to commissioning of the complete hydraulic piping systems under the rules.Leemberg has the experienced experts with a high degree of quality and safety awareness for:• project management• measuring onshore & offshore (including 3D scanning)• prefabrication in our workshop• manufacturing• installation• flushing and pressure testing (testing in accordance with NAS/ISO specifications including digital reports of pressures, flows and oil cleanliness).

Our machines can install connections on a pipe using the most different methods (flare, walform, compression rings, flange, threated flange, connection fiings, adapters, etc) for all the possible systems.Manufacturing special bulkhead penetrations, connecting power-packs, installing safety equipment, steering gear, winches and assembling gearboxes are no challenge to the experts of Leemberg.

We have seamless phosphated high pressure and low pressure pipes in various sizes and materials (among other, thick-walled pipes in inch-sizes) in our storage. The pipes are internally acid cleaned and oiled and only need to be supplied with compression fiing to be rapidly assembled into a clean system. We supply also hydraulic hoses for all applications, each desired pressure and with all preferred connections.

We offer a full array of “piping” solutions to assist you with services in operations and maintenance your offshore assets, including fixed and floating platforms, FPSO's, pipelines and subsea systems.

PROJECTSLeemberg has an international portfolio of clients in the global offshore, dredging- and onshore industries. We are specialized in performing projects and maintenance to piping systems / installations in accordance with classification society standards. We are able to rapidly mobilize installation teams to implement projects or maintenance works. Starting from the engineering, 3D scanning , measuring, drafting, manufacturing of complete piping systems and / or installations, on-site / locations all around the world. Our staff have all the necessary offshore certifications, including SSC certificate, OLF Norwegian, OPITO, HUET+, Nogepa and MFC certificates. Leemberg is familiar with all applicable regulations according to Norsok, ABS, DNV-GL, LRS & IMO.

We therefore:• have WPQR's / PQR's for welding in accordance with Norsok

M-601:2008 ASME & EN• have classifications for the materials titanium, (super) duplex,

254 SMO and 1.4404 in accordance to Norsok• make Welding Procedure Specifications according projects

specifications, we are certified for all welding processes• make a Test inspection Plan and Manufacturing Data Book

according to project specifications• do welding and control in accordance with EN15614-1,

ASME-IX, EN-287-1, ASME IX and AWS D1.1• can ensure complete traceability for welds and all piping /

welding filler materials used• install the combination of system and location where permitted

by IMO regulations• Stock in materials with a 3.1 and 3.2 certificate• use ISO 14726-1 and 14726-2 coding for medium into the

systems

The company premises of Leemberg Pijpleidingen en Apparatenbouw BV at Zwijndrecht, the Netherlands, covers over 13.750 m2 with separated manufacturing spaces for steel (2.500 m2) and stainless steel (800m2). Leemberg Pijpleidingen en Apparatenbouw BV also has manufacturing location in Antwerp (1.250 m2).

COMPOSITELeemberg is specialized in designing, (pre) fabricating and installing fibreglass reinforced, synthetic piping (Thermoharders, polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy) and synthetic piping systems (thermoplastic HDPE, PP, PP-R, PVDF, ABS and PVC, etc.) for the marine and offshore industries, as well as for the industrial sector. Whether you are looking for fibreglass reinforced piping or synthetic piping, we are pleased to assist.

MANUFACTURINGThe prefab of piping systems, equipment and regulated skids for the industry, offshore, seafaring and inland ships, occurs in one of our own manufacturing halls. We have a manufacturing hall (ca 2.500m2) for all types of steel,

a separate manufacturing hall with divided spaces for stainless steel (ca 800m2), (Super) duplex, cunifer, 254 SMO, titanium, copper and other exotic materials and a conditioned hall of 250 m2 for assembling skids.

The following welding processes are used: • GTAW (Tig)• GTAW Orbital (Orbital Tig)• GMAW ( Mig)• SMAW (electrical)• FCAW

Our Welding Method Qualifications, Welder Qualifications following EN and ASME are, of course, in order. Depending on the demands and desires of the customer, NDO can be applied to the welding seams.

When required, a so-called manufacturing book will be created, and dependent on the demands this can consist of: • Quality Inspection Plan (QIP)• Drawings / isometrics (with welding

and material numbers)• Material certificates• Welding and material lists (Line

Inspection Summery List, WPS, LMK’s, PQR’s )

• NDO reports• Pressure reports• Delivery confirmation

Leemberg has the certificate: Recertification of materials (Lloyd's certificate). Which allows us to restamp 3.1 and 3.2 materials without interference of a NoBo.
