Responsibilities

End-To-End technical understanding Develop a high-level knowledge of each of the CAP applications functionality

Develop an deep understanding of the end-to-end data flows

Provide technical support and advice to the Aviation CAP development and testing teams

Technical support to change requests Support in the preparation and validation of change requests and associated estimates

Support for defect resolution Provide technical assistance and oversight of defects raised during testing

Environment Management Assist in the technical management and guidance to preparing the environments

Ensure the controls, processes and procedures are in place and are followed when releasing software into the environments

Innovation and technical leadership Develop new ideas, intellectual capital which can be re-used on future projects

Look to capture existing logic, designs or code as re-usable assets

Provide support and direction to junior member of the wider IBM team
