It was an evening to remember! Congratulations to the winners of the 2016 SoCalAwards who inspired with their talent, creativity and innovation. A who’s who of the industry shone brightly during this spectacular event - builder partners, marketing experts, merchandising and design professionals who love what they do and do what they love. This year’s competition drew more than 500 entries. Finalists and Winners were celebrated September 10, 2016 in the Grand Ballroom of the Disneyland Hotel, in gala ceremonies with over 600 homebuilding professionals in attendance.

About the SoCalAwards:Presented by the Greater Sales & Marketing Council and BIA of Southern California. Encompassing all facets of professional achievement, sales, marketing, merchandising and design. This competition provides for recognition in the fields of product design, model complex landscaping, interior merchandising, sales office design, logo design, graphics, brochures, signage, advertisements, overall advertising campaigns, special promotions, internet marketing and individual achievement.

The Original awards program begin in 1974 named the MAME Awards – Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence and was the first in the nation to recognize the sales, marketing and design efforts of the home building industry. Renamed in 2009 to The SoCalAwards as the Sales & Marketing Councils of the region joined forces to become the Greater SMC of Southern California.
