SUPPLEMENTARY RESULT NOTICE NO: 515TGT (SOCIAL SCIENCE) MALE, POST CODE-137/17IN DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION.

The DSSSB vide its advertisement No. 04/2017 dated 22/12/2017 had advertised total 303[UR-163, OBC-62, SC-32, ST-46, including PH (OH-05, VH-04)] vacancies for the post of TGT(Social Science) Male, Post Code-137/17 in Directorate of Education with closing date as31.01.2018. Tier-I examination in offline examination mode was conducted on 09/09/2018.

2. On the basis of offline examination of Tier-1 held on 09.09.2018 and having been foundprovisionally eligible as per documents uploaded in support of educational qualification, age etc inaccordance with advertisement NO.04/2017 and RRs for the post of TGT (Social Science) Male,Post Code-137/17 in Directorate of Education, a total of 282 (UR-157, OBC-50, SC-31, ST-44including 06 PH) candidates were provisionally nominated for the post of TGT (Social Science)Male, Post Code-137/17 vide Result Notice No. 452 dated 28.05.2019 and the candidature of 12candidates (UR-06, OBC-03, SC-01, ST-02 including 03 PH) was kept pending for want of deficientdocuments 1 clarification and their documents were recalled w.e.f. 31.05.2019 to 09.06.2019. Further,07 candidates under OBC category were kept pending for verification of their OBC (Delhi) status and02 candidates were kept pending for court case.

3. Out of 12 pending candidates, 06 candidates have uploaded the requisite documents 1 duringthe period 31.05.2019 to 09.06.2019. Further, 07 vacancies under OBC which have been keptpending for verification of their OBC (Delhi) status are also being nominated for thorough verificationregarding their OBC (Delhi) status at the level of the user department.

Further, the candidature of one candidate bearing Roll No. 2680018467 who were nominatedunder UR category vide result notice no. 452 dated 28.05.2019 is hereby withdrawn for not uploadinghis e-dossier within the given 10 days sufficient time. His roll no. was mentioned in the result noticeno. 452 dated 28.05.2019 inadvertently. Rejection notice in respect of this candidate has been issuedby modifying the result. Therefore, after deletion of the candidature of this candidate under URcategory, one candidate below the last selected candidate from the waiting panel has been nominatedas per his own merit.

5. (i) Accordingly, in continuation to Result Notice No. 452 dated 28.05.2019, the candidates, asdetailed below, are also provisionally selected on the basis of offline examination of Tier-1 held on09.09.2018 and having been found provisionally eligible as per documents uploaded in support ofeducational qualification, age etc in accordance with advertisement NO.04/2017 and RRs for the postofTGT (Social Science) Male, Post Code-137/17 in Directorate of Education.

6. * Even though, the candidate bearing roll no. 2680031488 mentioned under UR categoryabove has already nominated vide result notice no. 452 dated 28.05.2019 under se category. Theresult notice has now been modified by shifting of this candidate from se to UR category as per ownmerit candidate. The user department is requested to update their record by shifting of this candidatefrom se category to UR category.

7. Further, the candidate bearing Roll No. 2680000229 mentioned at UR/PH (VH) category hasuploaded PH certificate dated 15/06/2018 with 100% disability which is after cutoff date i.e. after31.01.2018. As per other documents uploaded by the candidate, it has been noticed that he hasacquired his io" & 1z" studies in Blind School in 2003 & 2005 respectively which shows that thecandidate is Physically Handicapped with 100% blindness disability since long. However, thecandidate is nominated provisionally with the request to the user department to check this aspect andsatisfy themselves before issuance of appointment letter.

8. The selection of the above candidates shall further be subject to genuineness of thedocuments on the basis of which they have claimed to have fulfilled all the eligibility conditions asprescribed in the RRs and terms and conditions of advertisement inviting applications and subject tothorough verification of their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures/handwriting etc.on the application form, admission certificate etc. The candidature of the above candidates areliable to be cancelled by the User Department also. in case the candidates are found not to befulfilling the terms & conditions of the advertisement inviting applications for the said postcode. 9. The user department shall also check the eligibility of the reservation benefit, if any. Further,if applicable, User Department shall verify the genuineness of the Caste Certificates furnishedby the candidates prior to issuing offer of appointment to the candidates.

10. The User Department shall also get the SC/ST/OBC/PH/ExSM/etc. certificates verified fromthe Issuing authority. Further, if applicable, User Department shall also verify the genuineness of thecaste certificates furnished by the candidates prior to issuing offer of appointment to the candidates.In case of the OBC candidates, it may also be verified that the candidate does not belong to creamylayer of the schedule of Govt. of India, DoPT O.M. No. 36012/22/93-Estt. (SCT) dated 08.09.1993,O.M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 09.03.2004 and 14.10.2009 and O.M. No. 36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) dated 27.05.2013.

11. The Competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue the appointment letters tothe candidates after being satisfied about his eligibility as laid down in the recruitment rules and afterverification of the correctness of the information/documents as furnished in the application form and e-dossier vis-a-vis the original documents related to Educational Qualification, Age and other essentialCertificates as per instructions issued by Govt. of India in this regard vide MHA O.M. No. 2/29/54-RPS, 19-11-54.

12. The user department shall ensure that the appointment made is in conformity withDoPT guidelines and instructions of Govt. issued from time to time.

13. The candidature of the following candidates are being kept pending for want of deficient /requisite documents in the e-dossier. These candidates are being given 2nd & final opportunityw.e.f. 28/09/2019 to 04/10/2019 to upload the deficienUrequisite documents, failing which theircandidature will be rejected and no further opportunity will be given on whatsoever ground:-

14. The e-dossier module link for the above purpose shall be activated from 28/09/2019 to04/10/2019.

15. The result process for the above post code stands closed in all respect except 08 vacancies(06 vacancies as referred at para-13 & 02 vacancies for court case candidates).

16. A waiting panel has been prepared which will be valid for a period of one year from the dateof declaration of result i.e. upto 27.05.2020 as per earlier result notice no. 452 dated 28.05.2019.

17. Mere inclusion of name in the result notice does not confer any right upon thecandidate over the post.

Note:- In advertisement no. 04/17, in para-2 (vii) - Mode of Selection (Examination Scheme), ithas been mentioned that "If there are two or more candidates in the same category havingequal marks in the examination, the candidate older in age will get preference.In case of further tie, candidate having higher marks in Section "A" of the test shall bepreferred".

19. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, the DSSSB reserves the rightto rectify errors and omissions, if any.
