Our 2017 Miss Richmond is Jessica
Niebauer, a 2017 Richmond High School
graduate. She is the daughter of Kevin and
Jennifer, and resides in Casco with her
family. She was the recipient of a music
scholarship to Siena Heights, where she will
be majoring in nursing in the fall. After
graduation her plan is to become a pediatric
oncology nurse practitioner.
Her court members are Hannah Kulman and
Bailey White. Hannah is also a 2017 RHS
graduate and is the daughter of Scott and
Melissa. She is a dance instructor at JLP's Leap
of Faith Dance Studio and will be attending St.
Clair Community College majoring in nursing.
Bailey is the daughter of John and Sarah White
and a 2017 RHS graduate. She is highly involved
throughout our community and plans to attend
Wayne State University majoring in nursing.

The 2017 Grand Marshal of the
Richmond Good Old Days is Al Bryant.
Al has had many roles in the
community, including city councilman
for over 7 years and mayor of Richmond
for 10 years. Al was also the charter
president of the former Richmond
Jaycees, the church council president at
St. James UCC, and has coached girls
softball. Al spent 4 years in the Air
Force, and retired from IBM after 34
years.
Al has been married to wife Carole for
59 years, and they have two daughters,
Dawn & Denise.
