The management reserves to itself the power to remove any owner, contestant, contestants or horses from the show without being liable for compensation. WSCA has adopted the following provision for the mutual benefit of members and with the intention of reducing the WSCA's litigation expenses, which expenses would ultimately be borne by members and non-members participating in WSCA activities. Every member by joining a WSCA Club, or non-member, participating in WSCA events, does thereby agree if unsuccessful in an attempt to overturn WSCA's decisions, action, rules or regulations, to reimburse WSCA for its reasonable attorney's fees, court costs and other expenses in defense of such suit.
