IMPERIAL ORDINANCE
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Or-
dinance concerning the Partial amendments of the Re-
gulations governing the Prison Organization, and cause
the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 364
The following amendments shall be made to a
part of the Regulations governing the Prison Organi-
zation:
'In Article 7, "appoint Vice-Warden" shall read
"appoint Vice-Warden. Warden shall be appointed
from among the secretaries of Ministry of Justice of
Second Class or Third Class, and Vice-Warden."
In the annexed list,the paragraphs of Mito Piisonand Nara Prison shall be deleted.
Supplementary Provision:
This Ordinance shall come into force as from
August 1. 1946.

July 25, 1946
Orders have been issued by the Prime Minister on
fi \ July 17, 1946 that the authorities of Nagoya Munici-
pality shall carry out, as the city planning works, the
works of landreadjustment on the whole area of the
reconstruction city planning of Nagoya fixed by the
Reconstruction Board Notification No. 44, June 27,1946.
" The maps showing the said area, kept at the Pre-
fectural Office of Aichi and Nagoya Municipal Office,
are open to the Public.

1. The controlled prices in this list shall be the prices
of the goods with the inspection stamp'fixed by the
Daily Necessities Price Assessment Committees of
each prefecture after passing the inspection thereof,
and the controlled prices of the goods that are un-
inspected or without the inspection stamp shall be
10 per cent less the controlled prices in this list.
2. The controlled selling prices of manufacturers shall
be the delivery price at the buyer's store, if the store
is located within the city, town or village (in case of
Metropolis, area of a ward) where the manufacturer's
factory or business office Is. In other cases, the
controlled selling prices shall be the delivery price
at the seller's store.
3. The controlled selling prices of the retailers shall
be the delivery price at the retailer's store.
4. Wrapping Expenses shall be borne on the part of
the seller, and the packing expenses for shipment
shall be borne on the part of buyer.
5. In regard to the goods on which the commodity
tax is to be imposed, of the controlled prices in this
list, amounts equivalent to .the tax shall be added.

In accordance with the provisions oi Article 4 of
the Price Control Ordinance, the following designation
is made of the controlled sellingprices of Fishermen's
Associations for twisted yarn for fishing,cotton fishing-
net, twisted silk yarn for fishing,silk net, and Manila
hemp fishing-net. ^

The controlled selling prices of Fishermen's As-
sociationsfor twisted yarn for fishing,cotton fishing-net,
twisted silk yarn for fishing,silk net and Manila hemp
fishing-net shall be 1% more than those of manufac-
turers,provided however that fractions under 1 sen f
produced at the end of calculation shall,if not less
than 0.5 sen, be raised to 1 sen, and otherwise be
rejected.
The above controlled prices shallinclude the com-
missions of the Central Fisheries Federation and pre-
fectural fisheriesfederations. ・
