The following one Article shall be added next to Article 1: Article l-(2). The founder of a training school or an assistant nurse training school shall, according to the standards provided for by the Ministry of Welfare Ordinance separately in . addition to those provided for in this Minis- terial Ordinance, establish the training school -1-

and Training School of Public Health Nurse,Midwife and Nurse (Ministries of Education andWelfare Ordinance No. 1 of 1951) shall be par-tially amended as follows:

Article 1 paragraph 1 shall be amended asfollows :

The authorization of the school to be author-ized by the Minister of Education (hereinafterreferred to as "the school") according to theprovisions of Article 19 item (1), Article 20 item(1), Article 21 item (1) or Article 22 item (1) ofthe Public Health Nurse, Midwife and NurseLaw (Law No. 203 of 1948 ; hereinafter referredto as "the Law"), the authorization of thepublic health nurse training school, the mid-wife training school or the nurse trainingschool to be authorized by the Minister ofWelfare according to the provisions of Article19 item (2), Article 20 item (2) or Article 21item (2) of the Law (hereinafter referred toas "the training school") or the authorizationof the assistant nurse training school to bedesignated by the governor of To, Do, Fu orprefecture according to the provision of Article22 item (2) of the Law (hereinafter referred toas "the assistant nurse training school"), shallbe in accordance with the provisions of thisMinisterial Ordinance.The following one Article shall be added next

In Article 18, "one who has passed the nationalnurse examination according to the provision ofArticle 53 paragraph 3 of the Law, or one whohas completed the training fixed by the Ministerof Welfare according to the provision of para-graph 12 of Supplementary Provisions of theLaw for Partial Amendments to the PublicHealth Nurse, Midwife and Nurse Law (LawNo. 147 of 1951; hereinafter referred to as "theAmending Law")" shall be amended as "one whohas been licensed by the Minister of Welfareaccording to the provision of Article 51 para-graph 3 of the Law, one under Article 53 para-graph 1, or one who has been licensed by theMinister of Welfare according to the provisionof Article 53 paragraph 3 of the Law".

In Article 19, "one who has passed the nationalnurse examination according to the provision ofArticle 53 paragraph 3 of the Law, or one whohas completed the training fixed by the Ministerof Welfare according to the provision of para-graph 12 of Supplementary Provisions of theAmending Law" shall be amended as "one whohas been licensed by the Minister of Welfareaccording to the provision of Article 52 para-graph 3 of the Law, one under Article 53 para-graph 1, or one who has been licensed by theMinister of Welfare according to the provisionof Article 53 paragraph 3 of the Law".

In Article 20, "or one who has been licensedby the Minister of Welfare according to theprovision of Article 53 paragraph 3 of the Law"shall be added after "one under Article 53 para-graph 1 of the Law,".

Supplementary Provision :

This Ministerial Ordinance shall come intoforce as from the day of its promulgation.

4 paragraph 1 of the Cabinet Order concerningthe Provisional Measures for the Control ofCurrency, Deposits, Claimable Assets, etc. andothers for Jutto-mura, Oshima-gun, KagoshimaPrefecture (Cabinet Order No. 14 of 1952; here-inafter referred to as "Cabinet Order"), thepostal savings converted into Japanese yenshall be deemed as the ordinary postalsavingsin the application of the Postal Savings Law'"(Law No. 144 of 1947).

Article 2. With regard to the ordinary postalsavings under the provision of the precedingArticle, post offices in Jutto-mura, Oshima-gun,Kagoshima Prefecture (hereinafter referred t%as "Jutto-mura") shall, at the request of thedepositors, issue the postal savings pass-books,in which the balance of deposits convertedanew shall be entered, and which shall be ^_delivered to the depositors excepting the casewhen the complete withdrawals of deposits.bymeans of immediate payment are applied.

Article 3. The depositors shall, when they intendto have the postal savings pass-books issuedunder the provision of the preceding Article,submit the statements made on the AnnexedForm No. 1 along with the pass-books or savings

Article 4. The depositors intending to apply forthe complete withdrawals, by means of imme-diate payment on the pass-books in theirpossession, for the ordinary postal savingsunder the_provision of Article 1, shall submitthe statements made on the Annexed FormNo.1.

Article 5. With regard to the postal moneyorders converted into Japanese yen under theprovision of Article 5 of the Cabinet Order,

it shall be deemed as the money orders in theapplication of the Postal Money Order Law(Law No. 59 of 1Q48).

2 Those who intend to have the money ordersunder the provision of the preceding paragraphpaid or refunded, shall submit the statement^made on the Annexed Form No. 2 along withthe money orders to the post offices in Jutto-mura, during the period from February ll,1952 to February 29 of the same year.

Supplementary Provision :This Ministerial Ordinance shall come into

force as from the day of its promulgation.
