अ) �व�व �वरासत स�ताह भारतीय पुरात

व सव�ण, रायपुर मडंल, रायपुर, छतीसगढ़ के �वारा �दनांक 19 नव�बर 2018 से 25 नव�बर 2018 तक �व�व �वरासत स�ताह का आयोजन #कया गया है. इस अवसर पर �व'भ(न )मारक एवं काया,लय प.रसर म/ बैनर लगाये गए. साथ ह1 साथ 'सरपुर �े2, 'सरपुर, िजला महासमुंद, छतीसगढ़ म/ उखनन के �वषय पर एक छाया6च2 8दश,नी मडंल काया,लय के म;ुय काया,लय प.रसर म/ आयोिजत क= गई थी. इस छाया6च2 8दश,नी का उ�घाटन �दनांक 19 नव�बर 2018 को समय 11:00 बजे Aी ट1०एल०एन० 'ससुकुमार, सयुंBत Cनदेशक, जनगणना Cनदेशालय, रायपुर के �वारा #कया गया. इस मडंल काया,लय के कम,चा.रयD के साथ जनगणना Cनदेशालय, रायपुर और भारतीय मानक Fयरूो, रायपुर के कम,चा.रयD क= एक बड़ी स;ंया उपि)थत थी. इस छाया6च2 8दश,नी स�ताह के दौरान सभी के 'लए खुला रखा गया था. डॉ मनोज कुमार कुमK, अधी�ण पुरात

व�वद (8भार1) न े उपि)थत अCत6थयD के 'लए )वागत भाषण �दया. उ�घाटन के प�चात म;ुय अCत6थ Aी ट1०एल०एन० 'ससकुुमार, न ेस�बं6धत �वषयव)तु पर एक श�ैMणक भाषण �दया. इसके अलावा, �दनांक 22-11-2018 को "हमारा भारत हमारा �वरासत" �वषय पर एक Cनबंध 8Cतयो6गता क/ N1य सरंO�त )मारक महादेव म�ंदर, ब)तर, िजला ब)तर जगदलपुर म/ उप मडंल 8भार1 Aी हेमतं मीना, सरं�ण सहायक, जगदलपुर उप मडंल, के पय,वे�ण म/ आयोिजत क= गई थी। इस 8Cतयो6गता म/ )थानीय सरकार1 )कूल, ब)तर, के 22 छा2D ने स#Qय भाग 'लया। �वजेताओ ंको पुर)कार �वत.रत #कए गए। उसके बाद उप मडंल 8भार1 �वारा "�वरासत भारत का गौरव" पर एक भाषण �दया गया।

साथ ह1, 23-11-2018 को क/ N1य सरंO�त )मारक, नारायण मं�दर, नारायणपाल, िजला ब)तर जगदलपुर म/ Aी हेमतं मीना, सरं�ण सहायक, Aी Aेयश शमा,, जूCनयर सरं�ण सहायक और अ(य कम,चा.रयD क= उपि)थCत म/ "हमार1 �वरासत को सरंO�त करना" �वषय पर शपथ ल1 गई थी।

इसके अलावा, �दनांक 25-11-2018 को क/ N1य सरंO�त )मारक कंठT देवल, रतनपुर, िजला Uबलासपुर, छतीसगढ़ म/ �व�व �वरासत स�ताह का समापन समारोह का आयोजन #कया गया है. Aी नीरज Cतवार1, व.रVठ सरं�ण सहायक, भारतीय परुात

व सव�ण, Uबलासपुर उप मडंल, Uबलासपुर ने )मारकD / पुरातािवक )थलD के महव के बारे म/ उपि)थत कम,चा.रयD और आगतंुकD को बताया।

इसी तरह, 25-11-2018 को �व�व �वरासत स�ताह का समापन समारोह का आयोजन �टकटेड क/ N1य सरंO�त आदश, )मारक लWमण मं�दर, 'सरपुर, िजला महासामुडं, छतीसगढ़ म/ #कया गया था। इस अवसर पर भारतीय परुात

व सव�ण के कम,चा.रयD, एसआईएस गाड, क'म,यD और आगंतुकD ने स#Qय भ'ूमका Cनभाई। उ(हDने ऐCतहा'सक )मारकD के महव और संर�ण के बारे म/ भी चचा, क= है।

आ) कौमी एकता स�ताह भारतीय परुातव सव�ण, रायपुर मडंल, रायपुर, छतीसगढ़ न े�दनांक 19 नवंबर 2018 से 25 नवंबर 2018

तक कौमी एकता स�ताह का आयोजन #कया। इस अवसर पर डॉ. मनोज कुमार कुमK, अधी�ण 8तातव�वद (8भार1), भारतीय परुात

व सव�ण, रायपुर मंडल, रायपुर क= अYय�ता म/ मंडल काया,लय के सभागार म/ एक बैठक आयोिजत क= गई। इस बैठक म/ रायपुर मडंल, रायपुर के कम,चा.रयD ने स#Qय भाग 'लया। अYय� महोदय न ेराVZ1य एकता, म�हलाओ ंको सशिBतकरण करने, भाषाई स[ाव, अ\पस;ंयक क\याण आ�द के बारे म/ जानकार1 द1।

कंठT देवल, रतनपुर, िजला Uबलासपुर, छतीसगढ़ म/ आयोिजत #कया गया. Aी नीरज Cतवार1, व.रVठ सरं�ण सहायक, भारतीय परुात

-03- REPORT OF ORGANIZING OF WORLD HERITAGE WEEK AND QAUMI EKTA WEEK FROM 19TH NOVEMBER TO 25TH NOVEMBER 2018 BY ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY OF INDIA, RAIPUR CIRCLE, RAIPUR, CHHATTISGARH 01- WORLD HERITAGE WEEK

Archaeological Survey of India, Raipur Circle, Raipur, Chhattisgarh organized World Heritage Week from 19th November 2018 to 25th November 2018. On this occasion, the banners were displayed in various monuments and office complex. Simultaneously, a Photo Exhibition on the theme of Excavation at Sirpur Sites, District Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh, was organized in the Main Office Complex of the Circle Office. This Photo Exhibition was inaugurated by Shri T L N Sisukumar, Joint Director, Directorate of Census, Raipur on 19th November 2018 at 11:00 AM. A large number of employees from the Directorate of Census, Raipur and Indian Standard Bureau, Raipur along with the staff of this Circle were present. The Photo Exhibition has been kept open for all during the week. Dr Manoj Kumar Kurmi, Superintending Archaeologist (In-charge), delivered welcome address to the audience. After the inauguration, the Chief Guest Shri T L N Sisukumar, Joint Director delivered an educative lecture on the subject matter.

Apart from this, on 22.11.2018 an Essay Competition on the topic of “Our India Our

Heritage” was organized in the centrally protected monument Mahadev Temple, Bastar, District Bastar Jagdalpur under the supervision of Sub Circle In-charge Shri Hemant Meena, Conservation Assistant, Jagdalpur Sub Circle. In this competition, 22 students of local Government School, Bastar took active part. Prizes were distributed to the winners. After that a speech on “Heritage is a pride of India” was delivered by the Sub Circle In-charge.

Simultaneously, on 23.11.2018 pledge on “To Protect Our Heritage” was taken in the

presence of Shri Hemant Meena, Conservation Assistant, Shri Sreyash Sharma, Jr Conservation Assistant and other staff at centrally protected monument, Narayan Temple, Narayanpal, District Bastar Jagdalpur.

Besides this, on 25-11-2018 closing ceremony of World Heritage Week was organized

in the centrally protected monument Kanthi Dewal, Ratanpur, District Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Shri Neeraj Tiwari, Sr Conservation Assistant, ASI, Bilaspur Sub Circle briefed the employees and visitors above the importance of monuments/ archaeological sites.

In the identical manner, on 25.11.2018 closing ceremony was organized in the ticketed centrally protected Adarsh Monument Laxman Temple, Sirpur, District Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh. On this occasion, the employees of ASI, SIS Guard personnel and visitors took active part in the function. They have discussed about the importance and conservation of historical monuments. 02- QAUMI EKTA WEEK Archaeological Survey of India, Raipur Circle, Raipur, Chhattisgarh organized Qaumi Ekta Week from 19th November 2018 to 25th November 2018. On this occasion, a meeting was convened under the Chairmanship of Dr Manoj Kumar Kurmi, Superintending Archaeologist (In-Charge), ASI Raipur in the Conference Hall of Circle Office at Raipur. In this meeting, the employees of ASI, Raipur Circle, Raipur took active part in the said meeting. The Chairman briefed about the National Integration, women strengthening, linguistic harmony, welfare of minority etc.

-04- On this occasion, on 22-11-2018 a rally of students of local Government School walked through the various roads in the village Bastar, District Bastar Jagdalpur under the supervision of Conservation Assistant, Jagdalpur Sub Circle, Jagdalpur to create awareness about the help of Weaker Sections.

Apart from this, on 25.11.2018, closing ceremony Qaumi Ekta Week was organized in the centrally protected monument Kanthi Dewal, Ratanpur, District Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Shri Neeraj Tiwari, Sr Conservation Assistant, ASI Bilaspur Sub Circle, briefed about the women strengthening, linguistic harmony etc. After that a power point presentation on the conservation of various monuments has been shown to the employees and visitors.
