80 g Fusilli pasta (raw weight)

100 g Smoked chicken (cubed)

35 g Assorted peppers (roasted and cut into squares)

20 g Cashew nuts (toasted)

60 g hellmann’s tangy Reduced oil mayonnaise

1 g Robertsons black pepper

1 g Fresh basil (to garnish)

methoD

1. In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente. Strain, cool and set aside.

2. In a bowl, mix the smoked cubed chicken, roasted peppers and toasted cashew nuts with the hellmann’s tangy Reduced oil mayonnaise. Once mixed, toss through the pasta.

3. Finish off with a seasoning of cracked Robertsons black pepper and a few basil leaves.
