-1st need your principal, and district on boardwith your plans
-will need to work closely with your building
principal (district) as you design the program-teacher input (for what to teacher, andstudent recommendations) is essential to
success-need to have policies & procedures, mobileagreement, and behavioral contract (samplescan be found on internet)
