Ever since Toshiba Memory Systems Co., Ltd. (TMES) was founded in July 2008 to strengthen the engineering functions of the memory business of Toshiba Memory Corporation*1, it has been a major partner of Toshiba Memory. TMES has been involved in the development of NAND �ash and other types of memory chips, memory cards, and NAND controllers.In line with the renaming of Toshiba Memory Corporation as Kioxia Corporation in October 2019, Toshiba Memory Systems Co., Ltd. was renamed Kioxia Systems Co., Ltd. *3, opening a new chapter.We are currently pursuing the develop-ment of such leading-edge technologies as nanofabrication, super-multi-level cell, and three-dimen-sional �ash memory (BiCS FLASH™*2). The development of NAND controllers is also becoming increasingly important.Kioxia Systems collaborates with Kioxia Corporation on business strategies while supporting its engineering functions in the development of memory products meeting ever-changing market needs. This collaboration encompasses speci�cation development, product development, ramp-up of mass production, and marketing. To assist people in their pursuit of satisfy-ing lifestyles while expanding the horizons of society, Kioxia Systems will further deepen collabora-tion with Kioxia Corporation to develop pioneering technologies. Kioxia Systems will continually endeavor to enhance its technical expertise and support services in order to satisfy and exceed customer expectations and thus expand the business.

当社は、東芝メモリ株式会社※１グループのメモリ事業のエンジニアリング機能強化を目的として、２００８年７月に誕生して以来、ＮＡＮＤフラッシュメモリを中心とした各種メモリ製品開発、メモリカード製品開発、ＮＡＮＤコントローラ開発を事業の柱とし、東芝メモリ株式会社の重要なパートナーとして今日まで発展してまいりました。そして、２０１９年１０月に東芝メモリ株式会社がキオクシアに社名変更を行ったことにともない当社名もキオクシアシステムズ株式会社※３に変更し、新たなステージを歩みはじめました。今日のＮＡＮＤフラッシュメモリ事業は、微細化・超多値化・３次元（BiCS FLASH™）※２といった先端開発を追求するとともに、そのコントローラ開発についてもその重要性もますます増しているところです。当社は、キオクシア株式会社と連携した事業戦略のもと、市場変化に対応するメモリおよびその仕様作成、開発、量産立ち上げから拡販支援まで行うエンジニアリング業務を担う開発を行っています。今後も人々のくらしを豊かにし社会の可能性を広げるためにより一層キオクシア株式会社との連携を深め、創造的な技術を開発し、お客様にご満足いただける技術支援体制ならびに開発力の充実を図り、事業の発展、拡大に邁進してまいります。
