mobilization which includes participatory identification of poor, bringing the left-out HHs into the SHG fold, Federating the institutions (SHG-CLF-GPLF - TRIPTI model)

• Saturation of all blocks -5 years( 2017)• Social capital - Community Resource

Persons (CRPs), Community Mobilizers (CMs), Master Book Keepers (MBKs) etc.

Role of PRI• Identification & mobilization of BPL households into

SHG

• Facilitate formation of federations at village/GP/Block level

• Providing basic facility to the Federations in terms of providing accommodation for federation office, giving priority to the demands of SHGs/federations in annual plan of PRI etc.

• Leasing out Panchayat resources such as fishing ponds, CPR, market yards to SHG/federation for proper management & maintenance Etc.
