Classes Description
Bars and Balance: A full body workout that incorporates weights and strength training techniques that will keep you going. Improve your balance and confi-dence with Lisa’s amazing balance techniques. This class is for every participant, for all levels.
BODYPUMP: is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, fan-tastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.
Bones & Balance: A combination of light weight bearing endurance, balance, and gentle full body strengthening exercise appropriate for
participants with osteoporosis.
Boot Camp: A high-energy circuit class that alternates cardio and weight training exercises in a circuit format. Energetic and Versatile. Participants will perform a wide variety of exercises from running and sprinting to plyometric jumps and core exercises.
ESCAPE: Outdoors class. Energetic, high intensity class with so many challenges. MAXIMAZE fat burning, lean muscle. Meet every Monday in the back of the building (OUTDOORS)
Great Beginnings: Low level class using bands, weights, chairs, and slow movements to increase strength, cardiovascular fitness improve balance. Appropri-ate for seniors and beginning exercisers . Thursdays are so much fun, because we incorporate games.
Interval Spin: A 30-minute spin class using interval sprints & climbs to burn maximum calories & increase overall metabolism. The perfect class for beginners to advanced spinner
Morning RIDE: GET FIT with this 45 minutes class. Burn calories, build muscle, improve endurance and relives stress while you ride along with Gail.
PiYo™: Pilates and yoga-inspired moves with cranked up speed to give you full throttle cardio, strength and flexibility training. High intensity and low impact.
Restorative Yoga: A gentle yoga class, using lots of props and modifications, designed to restore the mind, body and spirit. Ideal for those with chronic or acute injuries or conditions, anyone new to yoga, and anyone with joint or muscle issues. **Appropriate for pre/postnatal women.
Spin and TRX: Get the benefits of a 30 minute cycle class and the toning results of a TRX core workout. Fast paced, ultra cardio combo! Two different formats under one roof!
Water Fit: Utilize water resistance to condition and tone the upper and lower body both while having fun! Get the workout!
Weekend Cycle: Weekend class of various formats. A great way to get you weekend started right.
Yoga: A great class to stretch & strengthen the body, focus the mind, and relax the spirit. This one hour class will challenge you with poses but also will bring meditation at the end…
You YOGA: A slow flow class offering a range of variations and modifications to suite each individual, tuning in with breath and inner connection.
Zumba®: Latin inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movement.
Zumba® Toning: Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.
GROUP FITNESS POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Maintain Social Distance: We ask that all patrons abide by the six-foot distancing rule and avoid congregating into groups.
Sanitize Equipment: EACH PARTICIPANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SANITATION OF THEIR EQUIPMENT. All pieces must be sanitized.
Max Occupancies: Please note that due to state occupancy restr ictions, all classes now have a maximum capacity on number of par -ticipants. Unless otherwise specified, all classes are to be considered first come, first serve.
Face Masks: Face masks must be worn at all times. The only exception wherein masks may be removed is dur ing strenuous exercise. For clarification on what is considered strenuous exercise, please see separate informational handout, and/or ask your instructor.
“Stations”: In areas where floor markings have been placed down, users must remain positioned in stations as indicated by floor markings. Any equipment in use must also stay positioned within the space specified.
Setup/Takedown: In order to maximize social distancing, areas with supply closets have been carefully marked with social distanc-ing markers and directional arrows. All participants are responsible for abiding by these requirements.
Yoga Mats: We ask that par ticipants of Yoga class br ing your own mats and/or pillows.
