• We know some health indicators can lead to more serious diseases. Enhanced program analytics identify Metabolic Syndrome and its leading indicators that signify critical risk factors that lead to Metabolic Syndrome, diabetes and coronary artery disease, if left untreated.

• Integrated Predictive Model Triggers:
• Obesity, Tobacco Use Disorder, Hyperlipidemia, Hypertension, Pre-Diabetes, or Diagnosis of Metabolic Syndrome
