Once again we had our October meeting and there were
a great number of issues because we did not meet
in September. I think the big thing is we now have a new
Webmaster. Let's all welcome Michael King who has volun-
teered to do the job. Let's also give Anita a big thanks for keeping our pages up
for such a long time. The other big thing that came up is we are now going to
require EVERYONE to attend one membership orientation. That means old
members as well as new members to the club. These will be somehow tied into
the renewal process as well as for those joining the club for the first time. We
still have to work thru the details on this but I can assure you that we will try to
make this as painless as possible for all involved. It is our hope that this may
be a solution to some of the problems we have been having at the range these
past few months. I would also like to ask that when you take that hunting trip
that you take your camera. We need up to date pictures out in the range.

And then Michael King said he would do it.
So thank you, Michael for stepping up and

it.
4. Neal Perkins-said the board has to do
something when they do catch who
ever is doing it.
5. Bob Day said there are steps when
someone catches a member vandaliz-
ing the club property. Someone needs
to personally see them do it, then that
person has to go to court to testify that
they saw them vandalizing the club’s
property. He said that they are look
ing at different locking systems in-

will be up to the members to report
vandalism, the board can then see who
was in the building at the time and can
use the information to prosecute.
