The Professional Education Society invites you to join our CME/CE Seminar for Medical, Dental, Nursing and Allied Healthcare Professionals

MEDICAL/DENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING UPDATES PES Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide quality global CME/CE programs for healthcare professionals, catalyzing opportunities for collaboration with national and international colleagues, while fostering cross-cultural perspectives and partnerships in healthcare education and the delivery of quality patient care. Seminar Overview/Statement of Purpose: The treatment and prevention of chronic diseases in the US are challenges that healthcare practitioners face every day, especially now, when these types of diseases are increasing worldwide. In addition, healthcare providers also face the need of adapting best practice models in the context of emerging healthcare reforms that impact patient care delivery and the access to care.

This program will give you the opportunity to explore the challenges in India of the rapidly ageing population and the lack of affordable, accessible and quality public health services. Both urban and rural lifestyle diseases are prevalent due to changing working and living habits coupled with the consumption of processed products, increased instances of diabetes, cardio-vascular disorders, and cancer. Diseases such as dengue fever, hepatitis, tuberculosis, malaria and pneumonia continue to plague India due to their bodies increased resistance to drugs. We will also discuss female health issues such as the lack of complete antenatal care and emergency obstetric care. In addition, explore the factors of India’s high infant mortality rate. This unique symposium will allow a lecture and exchange in a cross-cultural environment on multiple topics to facilitate change and thus provide continually excellent patient care.

Planned In Country Healthcare Topics Include: -National Healthcare Delivery Systems: Medical & Dental-Female Health Issues: Malnutrition, Maternal Mortality & Breast Cancer-Emerging Healthcare Issues: Changing Demographics & Chronic Disease Patterns -Medicine Related to Osteonecrosis of the Jaw (MRONJ)-Mental Health and Well Being

-Rural Health: Severe Malaria to Uncontrolled Diabetes-Comprehensive Dental Plan: Wellness and Awareness-Oral Health: Addressing Dental Diseases -Infant Mortality: Malnutrition, Poor Sanitation & Disease

Educational Goals: Our goal is to provide unparalleled CME/CE travel opportunities for healthcare professionals that combine their most passionate destination desires with their educational goals, fostering exceptional learning experiences, friendships and connections with national and international colleagues.

Assure that healthcare education programs provide best practice models reflecting current issues in medicine and healthcare forproviding quality patient care

Provide professional educational exchanges with international colleagues, healthcare educational organizations and clinics to gain cross-cultural perspectives and updates in the treatment and prevention of disease

Allow medical/healthcare professionals to compare and contrast current best practices in medical/healthcare delivery to provide qualitypatient outcomes in their own professional setting

Learning Objectives: Keep abreast of rapid expansion of medical knowledge and current best practice models on multiple topics to facilitate change and thus provide continually excellent patient care.

Continuing Education Recognition Awards offered for healthcare professionals on this PES Program include: Physicians: Programs are reviewed by the American Academy of Family Physicians for a minimum of 16 Prescribed Credit Hours.
