OCTOBER 11 – FRIEND DAY AND FALL FESTIVAL: The 10AM worship
service speaker, Don Lough, is the Executive Director of Word of Life. Don deals with people from all walks of
life, and proclaims Christ in the culture of some 60 different countries. Don is a graduate of Cedarville
University and Dallas Theological Seminary. He and his
wife, Darla, live in Schroon Lake, NY. They have four
children, one college graduate, Alyssa, two in college, Jonathan and Justin, and one in high school, Ashlyn.
Check out more of his life story online at
https://vimeo.com/28514499.
Illusionist Jeremy Biesecker will give a sample presentation during the
morning worship service. Jeremy will be the special speaker/evangelist in Jr. Church (in the Founders Room). He will be doing three shows Sunday afternoon as part of the Fall Festival. Interest in illusions started when he was 7 but using his interest
for the Lord took off through the encouragement of
his church youth group. Using his skills to present the message of Jesus is Jeremy’s passion. You can
read his biographical sketch online at
http://www.illusionswithjeremy.com/home/about-jeremy/.
After the morning service, the center piece of Fall Festival will be on our lawn in front of the Family Center. Between the end of the service and 1PM, the Festival will be open for our worship service guests. However, the climbing will not open until 1PM. From 1PM – 5PM, Fall Festival is open for the community.
Parking October 11 – Please follow the direction of our parking attendants instead of your normal routine. Handicap parking by the
carport will be closed today. You can still drop people off at the carport
before the morning service. For today, Handicap parking will be across
the front of the building near the cross window. We ask, if at all possible, that you park in the ATI Therapy parking lot, the business
bordering FBC to the south (on the same side of the road as Faith
Baptist on southbound Rt. 7).
(No Sunday School, Choir or Evening Focus Groups on October 11)

WELCOME: Welcome to Friend Day! Our special speaker for this occasion is Don Lough, Executive Director of Word of
Life. (see the back outside page) We hope you will find our
church friendly and become friends with individuals who
regularly attend.
HONORED GUESTS: You may be visiting, but we want you to feel like family. Family members care about each other. As
such, how can we pray for you? Would you please fill out a
communication card, including how we can pray for you and/or your family? We have experienced God answering prayer. We
have a team of people who would like to be praying for you. For
your convenience, we have attached a communication card as
part of this bulletin. Fill it out, tear it off and hand it to an usher, put the card in the offering plate when it is passed, drop
it off at the welcome center, or hand it to a pastor.
